What is the Sense Deal Promise?
"We are confident in the businesses we feature on Sense Deal Malaysia and back them with this Sense Deal Promise. If your experience using your Sense Deal ever lets you down, we will return the purchase price of your Sense Deal, either as cash or as a Sense Deal credit. Simple as that."
If you are ever having trouble redeeming your Sense Deal, we are here to help. We approach refund requests for unredeemed vouchers in this straightforward way:
- Our first response will always be to try and help you receive the experience you purchased.
- If we can't assist you in redeeming your voucher, we will offer you Sense Deal credit to try another experience.
- If you don't want Sense Deal credit to use towards another offer because Sense Deal has let you down and it's within the validity period, we'll return the purchase price of your Sense Deal.
If a business closes permanently, we will always honour returns for unredeemed Sense Deal.
If you've already redeemed your voucher, and you're disappointed with your purchase, please contact us and we'll evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed back to your method of payment within 14 working days, not including weekends and public holidays.
Can I return a voucher?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within the limits of reason, we'll do what it takes to make you happy.
Under these circumstances, what do you need to process my refund?
Please contact us and include your voucher code and the associated security code, along with the deal's name and date of purchase.
A few points to remember:

Want to return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please?advise the merchant within 7 days of receiving your order and enquire about the returning process, which depends on the merchant's own return policy. You can find the merchant's contact details on your voucher.
A few points to remember:
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the merchant does not have any more stock, you may wait until they are able to source additional items or request a refund.
- It takes a little time to process refunds, as?liaising?with the merchants lengthens the whole process. Once the merchant receives your parcel, and informs us about it, we aim to process your refund within 14 working days.
